2018 Shooting Clinics - Game

2018 Shooting Clinics - Game

Regular price £195.00

Welcome to our series of Game Shooting clinics at Eriswell Lodge!

Our Game Shooting clinics are set up to provide an opportunity for ladies who game shoot or would like to learn to game shoot to improve their skills and technique with the support from experienced and qualified coaches. The clinics are aimed at novice/intermediate to advanced shots (i.e. not suitable for complete beginners) and are more focused on shooting skills and progression than our ‘normal’ LaSS days. The aim is for participants to get to do a lot of shooting and work on different skills whilst still keeping things fun and relaxed.

The clinics are run on clay targets (i.e. we will not be shooting any live game during the sessions). The Game Shooting clinics will take you through all the basic technique and etiquette of Game Shooting and provide training on targets to get you ready for the game season. The Game Shooting clinics are great for anyone who want to start game shooting, improve their skills in the field or just enjoy shooting game style clay targets. Either way, the clinics will be a great way to meet like-minded ladies and enjoy an excellent day out!

LaSS are also organising a Simulated Game Day and Beginner Game Days which will provide a natural progression from clays to game.

The Game Shooting clinics will run over the following dates and cover these themes:

Groups: Groups are either Novice/Intermediate or Advanced and each group has a maximum of 5 people to ensure you get plenty of shooting time. Expect to shoot approximately 75 clays per person per session.

What to bring: Unlike 'normal' LaSS days, participants need to bring their own cartridges (fibre wad only). If you bring your own gun obviously bring cartridges that fit your gun and if you want to borrow a gun you will need to pay for the cartridges on the day.

Lunch is not included for the clinics but Eriswell Lodge offers a range of hot and cold food and drinks in their clubhouse for anyone who's hungry!
